Most flights remain suspended at Dubai Airports as limited operations resume
Passengers urged to check airline updates before heading to terminals
DUBAI – Dubai Airports has confirmed that most flights from Dubai remain suspended, urging travellers not to head to the airport unless their airline has officially confirmed a departure time.
In the latest operational update, the airport operator said access to terminals at Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport would be restricted to passengers with confirmed flights. The move is intended to manage passenger flow and avoid congestion while operations gradually resume following disruptions linked to regional developments.
Passengers arriving at the airport without confirmation from their airline may not be permitted to enter the terminal halls, Dubai Airports said.
⚠️ Most flights remain suspended. Please do not come to the airport unless your airline has confirmed your departure time. Guests without a confirmed flight may not be able to access the terminals.

Please contact your airline directly for the latest updates on your flight.
The authority stressed that travellers should verify their flight details directly with airlines before travelling to the airport. Officials said this measure is necessary to ensure safe and orderly operations while airlines work to restore their schedules.
Dubai Airports Chief Executive Officer Paul Griffiths also visited airport teams alongside officials from Dubai Police and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs to assess operations and thank frontline personnel managing the situation.
Partial flight resumption
Airport authorities said the partial resumption of flights has only been possible through close coordination between airlines, government agencies and other stakeholders within the aviation ecosystem.
As flights gradually restart, airport teams have focused on supporting travellers returning to the terminals while maintaining strict operational controls designed to prioritise safety and efficiency.
Passengers are being reminded that flight schedules remain subject to change as conditions evolve, and they should stay in contact with airlines for the latest updates.
Dubai Airports said it will continue to monitor developments closely and provide operational updates as more flights resume.
